If you can move like that, it's super strong and feels good, but if you have only this card in your hand, you can't interfere and the opponent will end up being beaten by having resistance or negate... In terms of PSY frame decks, I think it's a card that doesn't have a high priority for adoption. But if you remove this guy, it will be difficult to get the most reliable Zeta in the PSY frame...
